I/WE HEREBY MAKE APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP in Temple Israel of Alameda, agree to abide by its Constitutions, By-Laws, and regulations authorized by the Board of Trustees, and we hope to become as involved as fully possible in the programs of the congregation. I/We recognize that Temple Israel, as a non-profit institution, must be supported fully by its members, and I/we pledge to undertake a reasonable share of fiscal responsibility.

Each member is expected to contribute a minimum of $1000 towards our building fund. This contribution is generally paid over a 4-year period ($250 per year) and goes towards the upkeep and improvements to our building and facilities.
